Brewability Named the FE&S 2023 Kitchen Storage Makeover Winner

Foodservice Equipment & Supplies named Brewability, an inclusive brewery and pizzeria, the winner of its 2023 Kitchen Storage Makeover contest.

Photo courtesy of Northwest Missouri State University, photos by Todd WeddleOwner Tiffany Fixter opened the Englewood, Colo., concept in 2016 with an inclusivity goal to employ people with disabilities. A nonprofit arm additionally runs field trips for local schools and operates a food truck.

"The team is very excited about winning," Fixter said. She looks forward to the makeover helping keep everything organized in order to teach children and adults who are blind, deaf, or have autism or mobility issues to learn to work in a commercial kitchen.

As the winner of this FE&S contest, the facility will receive a makeover to maximize flow and efficiency in the kitchen. FE&S will feature all the details in an upcoming issue.
